Ana started her plant-based journey 6 years ago, after
a thyroid cancer. She started researching what was best for herself, so it didn't return. Two years later she had a work accident that forced her to change her life. She started to study more, taking different plant-based cuisine
courses, and became more and more curious. She decided to create Versão Verde
to share what she had learned, with tricks to help demystify the plant-based
cuisine, new recipes every week and ways to eat healthy and plant-based, without compromising on flavour.
